How to add a new facility (seat/room) to any venue?

To add any type of facility (seat/room), first Login using same Venue's Login ID on app.sophub.in and go to Facility and Pricing Module from the menu.

To add Seat

Select + Add option on top of seating list

Enter the details like:

Custom ID - This is a unique identity of the facility. It should have only 2 character alphanumeric ID

Seat name - This is to identify, the type of seating (eg. open seating, window seating). Usually having same as actual office so that it is easier to identify and should be distinctly and prominently written at the venue. It is recommended that you use most commonly known names and clearly visible names for this. If no name is available, you can use generic names like 'Open Seating', 'Hot Desks', 'Shared Seating', etc.

Quantity - Maximum number of seats. Note: Cannot be changed later. In case of any query get in touch with support@sophub.in

Type of facility - Fixed Seating, Flexible Seating and Versatile Seating

To add Room

Select + Add option on top of rooms list

Enter the details like:

Custom ID- This is a unique identity of the facility. It should have only 2 character alphanumeric ID

Room name- It is recommended that you use most commonly known names and clearly visible names for this. If no name is available, you can use generic name like Meeting Room 1/2/3, Conference Room 1/2/3, Training Hall 1/2/3 etc.

Quantity - Maximum capacity the room can hold comfortably. Subject to verification by SOP Hub. Note: Cannot be changed later. In case of any query get in touch with support@sophub.in
